Private Events

A free consultation is available to you before booking. Once booked, consultation is ongoing as needed; in person or online. Alexa coordinates with you, your planner, the venue, and other vendors throughout the planning process to organize a detailed timeline.

Alexa plays up to 3 consecutive hours of live music with breaks as needed. Songs and genres can be customized to your liking, using songs from her repertoire.

Whenever Alexa isn’t performing (e.g. as guests are arriving/departing or on breaks between sets) a playlist is used to keep your guests entertained and your event seamless. These playlists are created according to your taste/theme and can be used throughout the duration of your event.

From small and intimate groups to big parties, sound system and equipment can be adjusted to accommodate the venue size and number of guests. A microphone is available for use at special moments such as announcements, speeches, etc.

The Events Package includes up to 3 consecutive hours of coverage. Extra time can be scheduled for an additional cost. Extra time not scheduled on the same day will be charged as a separate event.

Alexa can learn new songs for special moments, given she has at least 30 days’ notice for preparation. Custom songs are charged by the piece.

For weddings and larger events with dancing and MC involvement, Alexa teams up with her husband to provide a full entertainment experience. As a musician and DJ duo, they incorporate their skills together so you can have the best of both worlds - soft, acoustic music coupled with fun and lively music for dancing. Please inquire for availability and more information about DJ/MC services.

Travel expenses are included in the Events Package for all local events within Pocatello’s 25 mile radius. For non-local events within 200 miles of Pocatello, travel is charged at $2/mile with distance measured one-way from Pocatello using Google Maps default route. For events taking place outside of Pocatello’s 200 mile radius, please inquire for travel costs.
